My room was exceptionally clean with an electric kettle and a fridge. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was nice and absolutely perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from a Republic square. It was located in a great area right by everything-totally, Yerevan, and blue mosque, a fine base for me.

We had a pleasant stay at a good little hotel in a great part of the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were excellent, providing us with helpful trip planning advice. When a small issue arose, they quickly arranged alternative accommodation for us at the same price. We would definitely return here anytime! I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that I had a very pleasant experience. The first thing that struck me was the attention to detail in the rooms. The room had everything I needed, from a TV and refrigerator to a safe and electric kettle. The large shower was an added bonus! The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The homemade breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The location of this hotel is also fantastic, as it is close to the city center and within walking distance of everything. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, basic amenities, and cheerful staff.
Although everything was great during my stay, there was one aspect that could be improved. The room I stayed in was a bit noisy, as it seemed like the sounds from outside were easily heard inside the building.

Liked the friendly staff who were helpful and welcoming. the hotel was situated in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. the breakfast was satisfying and tasteful.
Disliked the thin walls which let noise from other rooms disturb our sleep. the towels were uncomfortable and the soap holder in the shower was missing.

My weekend stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect - close to everything I wanted to see and do. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and I loved the fact that I could enjoy some delicious Armenian coffee during my stay. And the best part? The hotel helped me plan my weekend activities, which made my trip even more memorable.
Although my stay was mostly fantastic, there were a few small issues that didn't entirely ruin my experience but made it slightly less enjoyable. For one, the internet connection wasn't entirely reliable, and it was difficult to use it for video calls or conferences.
